Our HUD-certified housing counseling agency joined forces with the State of Maryland through a unique initiative called the “Community Partners Incentive Program.” Now, home buyers in Hagerstown’s Revitalization Area can receive up to $6000 for down-payment and closing cost assistance. That’s in addition to Maryland’s below-market mortgage rates, offered through the Maryland Mortgage Program. And our assistance can be combined with additional programs.
